Who we are
This website is operated by TSME Group, comprising TSME Engineering & Construction Co. (Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and its India support company (Kochi, Kerala, India). Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit an RFQ, enquiry, vendor or subcontractor registration, partnership application or job application, we collect the information you enter and the documents you upload — for example contact details, company registration data, project information, CVs and certificates. We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics where enabled.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to and evaluate your submission: preparing quotations, assessing suppliers and partners, recruiting for current and future roles, and maintaining our approved vendor, partner and candidate databases. We do not sell personal data.
Who can access it
Submissions are stored on secured servers and are accessible only to authorised TSME staff in the relevant function (for example, CVs are visible to HR and Group Management only). Uploaded documents are never publicly accessible. Every change to a record is logged.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Supplier, partner and client records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected], quoting your reference number. We handle requests in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, as applicable.
