TSME Engineering & Construction is a multidisciplinary EPC and Industrial Services group built around Saudi Arabia's oil & gas and petrochemical industry. Our main operating centre is in Al Khobar, in the heart of the Eastern Province, close to the clients and facilities we serve across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.

Founded by industry expert Tony Samuel, who brings over 20 years of hands-on EPC execution experience with international clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC and leading EPC firms, TSME was established to deliver world-class engineering, construction and industrial services directly within the market its founder knows best.

The company combines global engineering exposure, certified technical manpower, cost-efficient procurement models, robust project control systems and a zero-harm safety philosophy in support of clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors. TSME's Saudi Arabia operations are backed by a dedicated support office in Kochi, Kerala, India, which functions as a back-office and technical resourcing base — supplying certified manpower, engineering support and structured training.
