Executive profile
Tony Samuel has spent nearly two decades leading EPC execution across oil & gas, petrochemical, defense and renewable energy projects in the Kingdom. He began his career in 2006 as a field engineer and rose through every level of site and project leadership.
As Chief Operating Officer of Middle East Contracting Co. (MEG), he built and scaled the company's Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Construction Division, with responsibility for execution, business development, procurement, contracts, commercial management, project controls and workforce mobilization. That experience shapes how TSME is run today: structured systems, certified people and transparent partnerships.
