TSME Engineering & Construction Co. delivers construction, maintenance and technical support to industrial owners and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia. We are headquartered in Al Khobar, in the heart of the Eastern Province, close to the clients and facilities we serve across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.
Our leadership brings more than two decades of GCC industrial project experience, including assignments connected with Saudi Aramco and SABIC. That experience is the foundation of how we plan, control and deliver work: structured systems, competent people and a safety-first site culture.
We execute industrial construction packages through coordinated civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and MEP teams — as a package contractor to owners and EPC contractors and, where design is required, through our engineering resources and specialist partners.
Responsibility for design, procurement and construction on each project is defined in the contract. Specialist elements are delivered through qualified providers and partners and are labelled as partner-supported in our proposals.
