Equate is a major petrochemical complex in Kuwait. The shutdown assignment is turnaround work: a defined outage, a defined scope, and a return-to-service date that does not move because a contractor was not ready.
TSME’s shutdown system is the same one used in the Kingdom. Crews are certified. Materials are staged. Supervision is on the workface. Punch lists close while the plant is down. Regional mobilisation from the Al Khobar centre is part of how the package is staffed.
The Equate outage is delivered as a turnaround should be — prepared, executed, and handed back inside the window.
