Project Story
Narrative
The Yanbu Sulphur Recovery Unit is an operating Aramco facility where civil, building, E&I, and piping works have to be delivered together. TSME’s assignment is that combined package: foundations and buildings where the plant needs them, electrical and instrumentation to serve those assets, and piping to connect them.
Multidiscipline packages fail when trades are sequenced as separate contractors. TSME keeps civil, E&I, and piping under one site control so interfaces are owned, not negotiated at the last minute. Access to an SRU environment adds permit and safety discipline on top of ordinary construction controls.
The work is executed as a single workface: one supervisor stack, one inspection trail, and a handover that the plant can take as a completed system.
