The Mcjee assignment in Rumah is electro-mechanical: mechanical and electrical installation on a site where logistics matter as much as craft. Materials, tools, and crew have to arrive ready. Rework is expensive when the plot is remote.
TSME’s delivery is the electro-mechanical package — equipment setting, piping and electrical interfaces, and the supervision that keeps both trades on one programme. Testing and handover are planned into the work, not added when the last cable is pulled.
The completed works are intended to be operable on a Rumah site, with a documentation trail a client can take without a second mobilisation.
